Fall Haul Online Auction

Welcome Bidders!

We are excited to offer the first ever online auction to benefit CMDS. You will be able to enjoy easy, electronic bidding this year, all done through your cell phone or computer/tablet. You can bid from anywhere, anytime before the close of the auction, from your own device. And you even get an update if you are outbid!

This is how it works:

1.     The auction is hosted online by GiveSmart.

2.     It will be in preview mode until November 9th at 8:00 a.m.

3.     Click on the link: https://fallhaul2020.givesmart.com  Register for the event, and view the items.

4.     The auction will go live, and you can start bidding on November 9th at 8:00 a.m.

 Ways to Bid

1.     Smartphone - Click the link in your registration text. It will take you to a personal bidding page. Click on an item and place a bid, it's that simple.

2.     Text - text the 3-digit item number and amount to the welcome message you receive (i.e. 101 50 or 102 100), no dollar signs or decimals needed.

3.     Computer/Tablet - Click on an item and place a bid.

 How do I know if I'm the highest bidder? You will receive a text message if you are outbid. We encourage you to use Auto-Bid, which will have the bid automatically raise incrementally up to the set amount. If no one outbids you, the auto-bid wins at the current bid price. If you are outbid, you will receive an outbid text.

How do I pay for my item? After the auction is closed, you will be notified by text about any items you won. We encourage you to use self checkout. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please refer to your GiveSmart account to get your balance owed. Mail your payment to CMDS Auction, 411 S Grove Park, Memphis,TN  38117.

How do I get my items? Any git certificates will be mailed to you. For all other items, you will need to arrange pick up by emailing [email protected].
